www.alira.ro is managed by Datini de Vin SRL with headquarters in Str. Gladiolus no. 9b, Aliman Commune, 907025, Constanța county, Romania, registered at the Trade Registry with no. J13/1890/21.08.2009, CUI RO25925614.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions as well as any changes to the site www.alira.ro  ;without prior notice. By accessing the Terms and Conditions page, you can always read the most recent version of these provisions.

Your registration obligations:

To be able to buy from www.alira.ro, you must enter your data on our website.

In using the Service, you represent that you will provide true, correct, current and complete information about yourself.

If we believe that this obligation has been violated, we reserve the right to block you  access to use the service, for a fixed or indefinite period, without any prior notification.

Price and payment methods:

Prices shown include VAT (19%).

The purchase price shown on the invoice will be the same as that shown on the website at the time of purchase, plus delivery costs.

Payment for the products is made in cash/cash, upon delivery of the product or by credit/debit card when placing the order online.

For card payment, the transaction will appear on the account statement with the name "alira.ro purchase".

Delivery Information:

The delivery time is a maximum of 3 working days, counted from the date of receipt of your order. This term may be changed for reasons beyond our control.

Delivery charges   are calculated with value added tax (VAT) included and are calculated according to location and volume, weight and communicated before check-out

Delivery is made by a courier company, to the customer's home, within 48 hours of sending the order, and can reach the destination after a maximum of 3 days.

If you would like to specify certain aspects of delivery such as: delivery time, address or landmarks, please enter these in the comments box before completing the order.

On the day when the package with your order will be shipped, you will be notified by e-mail or phone by us.

The package can be picked up by any member of the family.

Products are delivered within the limit of available stock. If one or more of the ordered products is no longer in stock, you will be notified accordingly. In some cases, the ordered product can be replaced with a similar one if you wish and agree to this.

Responsibility for any damage caused to the product, parcel or package sent by us rests with the courier company or the carrier according to the legislation in force. The products will be replaced by us if it is proven that the courier is at fault and we will be notified within 5 hours of receiving the package.

Datini de Vin S.R.L. or its suppliers and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Privacy Policy

Personal data may be disclosed without your consent in case of litigation/disputes regarding payment fraud to the following recipients: Banks involved in online payments, International Card Organizations and Service/Product Providers, respectively according to the Law, to the authorized institutions.

In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 677/200, our customers have the following rights:

  6. The right to complain to the supervisory authority (art. 25).

Product Responsibilities

S.C. Datini de Vin S.R.L. does not assume responsibility and cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from the use of products purchased through this site, for purposes other than those mentioned by the manufacturer. Products can be returned in accordance with the provisions of OG 130/2000, and for more details please visit the "Return Policy" section

Limitations on the Use of Certain Remote Communication Techniques

Art. 1. – The following remote communication techniques require the prior consent of the consumer:

  1. automated call system without human intervention (automatic call);
  2. telecopier (fax)
  3. e-mail address

Art. 2. – The use of other remote individual communication techniques other than those provided for in art. 1 is not allowed if there is a refusal expressed by the consumer.

    3. typed letter;
    4. printed advertising with order form;
    5. catalog;
    6. telephone with human intervention;
    7. telephone without human intervention (automated call, audiotext);
    8. radio;
    9. video phone (phone with picture);
    10. videotext (microcomputer, TV screen with keyboard or touch screen);
    11. electronic mail (e-mail);
    12. telecopier (fax);
    13. television (teleshopping).

 

Litigation

By using, viewing or purchasing the products on this site, the user acknowledges that Romanian laws will govern the above Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any kind that may arise between the user and S.C. Datini de Vin S.R.L. In case of any conflicts between S.C. Datini de Vin S.R.L. and its customers, will first try to resolve them amicably in at least 30 working days.

If an amicable solution is not possible, the conflict will be resolved in the competent court in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.

Miscellaneous

If any of the above clauses is found to be void or invalid for any reason, this will not affect the validity of the other clauses. With the launch of the order, the customer accepts without objection the Conditions and terms of use, their value being the same as a valid concluded contract.
