Winemaking:
The grapes were handpicked and selected, then pressed directly, and the resulting must was fermented in carefully selected French oak barrels at a temperature of 16-18°C. The wine was then aged in the same barrels for a total wood contact time of 8 months, during which the wine went through several successive batonnage operations.
